Equipment sourcing — We order all equipment at cost plus 15%. You see every invoice. No hidden markup on hardware.
Full installation — We install every system: network gear, sensors, cameras, shutoff valve, battery backup, transfer switch, hub, and all wiring.
Configuration — Home Assistant setup, automation creation, Frigate NVR configuration, VPN setup, dashboard customization, and notification routing.
30-day support — For 30 days after installation, we provide remote support at no additional cost. If an automation needs tweaking or a sensor needs repositioning, we handle it.

Pricing

Custom quote: typically $3,000 – $8,000

The final price depends on the scope of work: building size, number of units, camera count, battery capacity, and wiring complexity. We provide a detailed line-item quote after the site assessment. There are no hidden fees.

Equipment is billed at cost plus 15%. Installation labor is included in the project quote. The 30-day support period is included at no additional cost.

Timeline

Most installations take 2-5 days on-site, depending on scope:

Day 1 — Network setup, hub installation, and initial configuration
Day 2 — Sensor and camera installation throughout the building
Day 3 — Water shutoff valve, battery backup, and transfer switch
Day 4-5 — Integration testing, automation tuning, and final walkthrough

Larger properties or multi-unit buildings may require additional days.
